Born from a real problem.
In 2022, our co-founders Arjun and Priya were living in a large residential complex in Pune. Every month brought the same chaos — maintenance payment chases, missing visitor logs, WhatsApp floods about broken lifts, and zero visibility into where their maintenance money was going.
They realized this wasn't unique to their society. Across India, millions of housing society residents and committee members were dealing with the same systemic failure of outdated, fragmented, or non-existent management tools.
That's when AVIGO HUB was born — a complete platform designed ground-up for the Indian housing society context.
